What you should expect from us on confirmation of a visit or inspection.

The technician will arrive on-time and show you a booking ref & Id, please be available yourself or have a representative there to hand over the keys & locking devices for the vehicle.

Please also make sure (if possible) the technician has safe access to all doors and the locking wheel-nut key is available.

If possible, kindly provide access to a mains supply outlet. We have our own 240v silent generator if this is not possible...
